"I prefer this Guadalupana over the other one on Portland road, the service is friendlier and the food is better. The other truck somehow always messes something up on my order or the food just doesn’t hit the same. The food here is good but you get sick of it after a few visits. I think the price is good considering they give you big proportions. The parking situation is definitely a little weird. Anyways, the food is decent and the environment is friendly. 7/10!"

"This is my favorite food truck ever. And I’ve had some experiences! It is clean and the proportions you get are large. I have included the shrimp burrito and the Torta Cubana which are pictured below. I didn’t include chicken, shrimp, and fish tacos which were delicious! I’ve eaten in many of the Mexican restaurants here in Keizer/Salem. Most like most downtown Salem are mediocre. Many are unclean or unfriendly or just overpriced for the amount and quality of the food. Many of the drinks are merely mixes with minimal alcohol. But this truck is superb in food quality, service, friendliness. I’ve taken many of my friends here. Each one gives a 5 star rating along with absolute promises to return. Many have returned within days. David is the manager. He keeps the standards high, customers satisfied, and service oriented. I’ve included a pix of the phone number for calling ahead. I’ve lived in Keizer for 4 years. BEST FIND EVER!!!"
